The terms and conditions below concern use of the website as well as order and delivery of products. This means that when you visit Herb-House.eu website, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Age

 

To order from Herb-House.eu you must be 18 years or older. Therefore, all order are processed under this condition without exception.

  

Products

 

All prices are shown in the context of product presentations. The prices include VAT. VAT amount is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. The minimum amount of order (shipped within Finland) is 20€+6,90€ delivery cost =26,90€

Some of the herbs and extracts weare sold as ethnobotanical specimens and, therefore, are not sold as food or cosmetics. Although we attempt to deliver only the highest quality products available and certainly correctly identified plant materials for ethnobotanical studies and research purposes, we accept a return and replace the products only within their use purpose mentioned on the labels and in descriptions of the products on their webpages. 

All herbs and herbal products that are used as food in accordance with the Finnish law are sold either as food supplements or cosmetic products and supplied with relevant information and instructions of use on their labels and in descriptions of the products on their webpages.

We cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by third parties. Therefore, use of our products based on the information provided by third parties is at responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods

 

We accept an advance bank transfer (or Bank transfer as reading in the webshop) as a payment method. As soon as the order is made, a email containg an invoice will be sent separately within 24h. If you don't hear from us with the invoice within one working day, kindly check your Spam folder.

An invoice can be paid via Internet Banking. Payments are processed by 12 pm during weekdays and all paid orders are forwarded to be proceesed immediately during the same day. Orders processing time in the warehouse is 1-3 banking days.

We reserve our right to cancel all the orders left unpaid within five (5) banking days.

The other payment method is PayPal (nowadays a PayPal account is required).

We proceed with your order as soon as the payment is recieved.

Business customers can also request an invoice right.

 

Delivery methods

 

We use the services of Finnish Post, Matkahuolto and Schenker for the parcels sent within Finland, the services of GLS and Omniva for the parcels sent ourside of Finland, and if necessary, other courrier services at extra cost. Tracking numbers are provided to track the shipments (if applicable).

ATT! All the courriers we use require up-to-date mobile phone number in order to deliver packages, so please fill in up-to-date phone number field when making an order (required field). International (non-Finnish) customers: please give your number in international form!

A notice of arrival/tracking information of the packet upon its arrival to the local Post Office or a courrier delivery depot comes straight from Post Office or a courrier to the phone number provided by the customer.

GLS packet are delivered to the door or GLS pick up point depending on the country.

We send a delivery confirmation/tracking information of the order upon customer demand only.

 

Shipping costs

 

For orders sent within Finland handling and shipping rates are fixed at 6,90€ (Finnish Post, Matkahuolto or Schenker) and shipments to Europe with GLS (GLS-EuroBusinessParcel) 15,50€ up to 3 kg. Shipments to the rest of the world (outside of Europe) upon agreement.

Free delivery to Finalnd for orders over 100€ and abroad for orders over 130€.

If the order is not collected from the pick-up point within the time given in the collection note/message and the order returns to us marked as not collected, the cost of re-shipping will be collected in advance.

We deliver our products all over the world.

 

Delivery period

 

All orders are delivered to the Post Office or courrier service depending on your chosen delivery method during 1-3 business days upon the payment reciept.

 

Return of defective item

 

All returns must be agreed in advance with the merchant. Reclamation period from the moment of order reciept is fourteen (14) days. You can reach us by e-mail yrttilato(at)trans-seed.fi or by phone +358 46 9234 261. A defective product will only be replaced with the similar product unless otherwise agreed. The merchant does not compensate the return expenses occurred unless the return is agreed with the merchant. The merchant does not redeem the returns sent by cash on delivery.

All our products come with a full fourteen (14) day money back guarantee. Returned products must be unused and unchanged and return must be agreed in advance with the merchant. Return costs are at your own expense unless you return defective or outdated products.

In case you order was sent with free delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from the returned items sum plus to the return costs.

 

Packets damaged on delivery

 

Unfortunately, despite the careful packaging, it is not always possible to deliver packets undamaged. This is why it is wise to check the condition of your packet for any possible damage at the moment of reciept.

If an item is damaged during the transportation, please do IMMEDIATELY report it to the post office/courrier service. Please also let us know, so we agree on a new product delivery. All orders are provided with fourteen (14) days of right of return of unopened packets in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act .
